Shipping Policies for BYS

1. Free Ground Shipping: BYS offers free ground shipping on selected products. Items eligible for free shipping will be clearly indicated on the product page.

2. Valid Address Requirement: All orders must be shipped to a valid street address. Due to shipping restrictions, some items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

3. Shipping Time Calculation: Shipping times are based on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.

4. Multiple Packages: Depending on your order, products may be shipped in separate packages. After your order is dispatched, you can track it by clicking Here.

5. Address Changes: Once an order is shipped, packages cannot be redirected. If you need to update your shipping address, please click Here to submit a request or contact us at 1-909-287-7111.

6. Damaged Packaging: If the outer packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and get in touch with us immediately. If refusing delivery is not possible, please provide photos for our after-sales support.

Order Processing and Shipping Time Estimates

For Continental U.S. Orders:

• Small Parcel: Order processing generally takes 1-2 business days, with delivery typically within 3-5 business days.
• LTL Freight: Processing time is around 2-3 business days, with an estimated delivery window of 7-10 business days.

For Non-Contiguous U.S. Orders (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam) and International Orders:

• Order processing time usually takes 3-5 business days, and shipping time is approximately 5-7 business days.

Please note:

1. International Shipping: BYS offers international shipping based on your location. International customers are responsible for customs clearance. To check availability, please click Here for support.

2. Shipping to Remote Areas: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam are made via UPS AIR, with exceptions for items like batteries and solar panels exceeding 320W. Additional charges may apply. For further information, call our sales team at 1-909-287-7111.

3. Shipping Delays: The estimated shipping times are provided as a reference and may be extended during high-demand periods, such as promotions or holidays.

Additional Freight Charges (Estimates)

1. Large Solar Panels: Panels over 300W require LTL shipping and do not qualify for free shipping. Returns for these items incur a $500 fee for both delivery and return shipping ($250 each way).

2. Remote Area Delivery Fees: Deliveries to remote locations may incur extra charges between $50 and $280.

3. Limited Access Areas: Deliveries to places like schools or churches may include an additional fee starting at $50.

4. Address Changes or Rescheduling Fees: Requests for address modifications or rescheduling deliveries may incur storage fees ($20/day) and/or rerouting fees ($75 - $300).
